Fonds consists of store records and ledgers, receipts, tax forms, school and record books, correspondence, clippings and photographs relating to the life and business of the Darling family in the Thousand Islands region.
There are also several small items of historical interest, including a primitive treadle sewing machine and a hand operated vacuum cleaner.
The fonds is comprised of the records of the Lansdowne Women's Institute, including branch minutes books, as well as the minutes books of the Brockville (later Leeds East) District of the Women's Institute of Ontario. These Minutes Books also include membership lists and financial records, and are organized chronologically. Series are:

Fonds is comprised of the records of Loyal Orange Lodge #51, including minutes, accounts, attendance and membership records, and constitution and by-laws. Also includes some records of L.O.L. #194 and #511. The records are not complete, and are missing years. Series are:

Collection consists of nine file folders, two booklets and four over-sized photographs.

Fonds mostly consists of scrapbooks and news clippings accumulated by Margel McKay Warren. These scrapbooks include clippings concerning her family and friends, as well as notable events concerning the Leeds and the Thousand Islands area and the British Royal Family. Scrapbooks also include cards and decorations from her family.
