Indenture between D.R. Dowsley (the first party) and Mary A. Taylor (the second party) assigning the premises comprised in an 1871 lease indenture between the Township and Reuben Fields to Mary A. Taylor. One of the conditions is that the premises are described as being for "the use and benefit of the members of the Masonic Lodge No. 242. "
