Item consists of an ink drawing on heavy paper entitled "Proposed Town Hall", including Front elevation, End elevation, Ground Plan, and Section, signed in pencil "Geo. Wilson".

Archival description. -- The contents of a time capsule installed in the corner stone of the Jubilee Methodist Church at Dulcemaine, 28 June 1887.
