Collection consists of : 10 milk receipts for the Steacy brothers from Warburton Cheese and Butter Factory between Dec 1934 and May 1936. – Tax bills for the Steacy farm at Warburton between 1919 and 1962. – Memorandum of Agreement from 1910 between Vincent Goff and the Steacy brothers regarding division of trees to be cut.
File contains: a book "Recollections and Reflections" containing 90 pages of transcribed oral histories published by Leeds & Grenville County Board of Education 1990 -- a file of unbound transcripts of oral history interviews by Front of Leeds & Lansdowne Historical Society, each accompanied by a permission slip from the subjects of the interviews giving the Historical Society rights to use them at their discretion. The subjects were Paul Slack, Lizzie Ferguson, Ralph Smith, Mary Wilson, Edith Galway, Thelma Dennison, Glen Reed, Doug Donovan, Mabel Danby. -- 7 micro size cassette tape recordings of interviews, some of which may not have been transcribed.
Item consists of: a scrapbook containing photos, clippings, souvenirs and event program from the Dutch-Canadian Friendship Tulip Planting ceremony on 6 November 2015 at Thousand Islands Elementary School, put on by Lansdowne Association for Revitalization. Includes a CD of the same material.
