The Ledger lists all items imported and exported through the Port of Rockport, including a description of the goods, the importer, the conveyance used, the original port.
File consists of a photograph of the Heslip store and residence before it burned down, a photo of the Robert S. Heaslip store and residence abut 1910 and a photo of the Heaslip family including Robert S., Margaret (Storey), Charles, Frances and Thomas.
This item is a map of the United Counties of Leeds and Grenville, Canada West, as of 1861. It was based on surveys under the direction of H.F. Walling, and includes the townships of Leeds, Lansdowne, and Escott. This map includes some pictures, individual lot and concession numbers for each township, and the names of landowners (by township) in the year the map was produced. There are insets for towns in the region, including Gananoque, Lyndhurst, Charleston and Escott. The map also includes business directories for the larger towns inset and population statistics by county for 1861.
Collection of newspaper articles and photographs, some loose, pertaining to Rockport area topics such as politics, St. Lawrence skiff, local personalities, TIARA (Thousand Islands Area Residents' Association) . Some materials appear to have been added after Dr. Kort's death in December 2004.
