File contains 2 copies of the Samuel and Almira Birtch family, a copy of a photo of Daniel Birtch, a copy of a family photo with Samuel, John, Almira, Miss Grace Ferguson and baby Stanley, a class photo of Junetown School, 1895 with list of names, four copies of photos of Escott including the mill, the top of Escott Rd. The file also contains a copy of a twelve page handwritten history of the Junetown area including several families (first two paages missing), a one page typewritten history of the family, a copy of a marriage certificate, and copies of the Births, Deaths and Marriages pages from a Bible, two copies of "A Few Notes Regarding the Burtch and Root Family", a typewritten description of "The Farm of Floyd Birtch", a handwritten and a typed copy of notes from an interview of Jannett Birtch, a copy of a hand-drawn map of the Birtch Farm, and a list of inscriptions from tombstones from the Caintown and Mallorytown cemeteries regarding members of the Birtch family, a copy of a Harry Painting article on the Birtch family and seven pages of photocopies of obituaries and a number of loose individual obituaries, including a lengthy one on Clifford Birtch.
